To leverage Barbie's position as both a toy and entertainment brand, we created "Barbie's Best Week Ever," a strategic framework that aligned with Prime Day. This week-long themed event successfully coordinated multiple stakeholders while driving both theatrical ticket sales and product purchases, maximizing the Barbie brand's value across categories.
